Back in 2012, I was studying Computer Science at Ryerson when I realized I wasn’t passionate about coding — I was passionate about business. My family was big into real estate investing, so I got licensed to help out and keep commissions in the family. My first year was solid, mostly from friends and family — but once that warm circle dried up, I had no steady lead flow. I was invisible to the public.
