Market: Waterloo Region and Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.
Result: Roughly $10K in closed commission; another $12K opportunity pending at the time of filming.
Agent: Aahan Khurrana.
Background
I want you to meet Aahan Khurrana, a real estate agent serving the Waterloo Region and Greater Toronto Area. He had been in real estate for about six years when we sat down for this conversation.
Before working with Sell More Homes, Aahan had tried running ads himself and working with another provider. He wanted better results from online leads. After doing his research and talking with our team, he decided to give our program a shot.
What Changed
When I asked Aahan about his experience, he said he saw better results working with us. But the lesson that stood out was simple: online leads need time and consistent follow-up.
Aahan's first transaction brought in roughly $10,000 in commission. From the time the lead opted in to the closing, he estimated it took about 60-90 days.
That matters if you're wondering whether your leads are working. A lead who isn't ready this week may still become a client. Aahan stayed with the process long enough to see that happen.
The Numbers
The ad budget we discussed was $10-$15 a day. That was the daily advertising budget, not the total cost of the program. Agency fees were a separate investment.
At the time of our conversation, Aahan reported roughly $10,000 in commission from his first closed transaction. He was also working on another opportunity worth about $12,000 in potential commission. That second opportunity was still pending, so it is not included in his closed results.
He also had other leads he was speaking with. We did not put a dollar value on those conversations.
What Aahan Wants Other Agents to Know
I asked Aahan what he would say to an agent who thinks Meta ads don't work. His advice was to give the process a chance, stay patient, and follow the steps.
For me, that's the takeaway from his story. Getting a lead is the start. Following up and helping that person through a real buying or selling timeline is what gives the opportunity a chance to turn into a closing.
